PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay for your purchase with either Direct Deposit or Paypal (Credit card or via linked accounts). Select your preference during check-out; please make payment within 24hrs of purchase, failure to do so may lead to your purchases being re-listed for sale.

Lay-by is available for orders over $50. Please choose to pay via Direct Deposit and mention you are wanting lay-by in the comments section during check-out. A 20% deposit is required within 48 hours of ordering. You may pay your lay-by off within 3 months, if you wish to cancel for any reason, any payments will be refunded, however your 20% deposit will be retained as a re-stocking fee.

SHIPPING

During checkout you can select from registered or express post (via Australia Post) or an insured Courier Service. Please note we will not take responsibility for any packages going walk-about with Australia Post (Express post does not equal insured). All orders over $150 will recieve free postage!

I also welcome pick-up if you live in the Ipswich area (QLD). Just select the pick-up option and I will contact you to arrange a time and place.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

I'm quite happy to post internationally. In the check-out process there is an International shipping option for $11.50 to post up to 500g worth of stock. If you want to order more nappies or heavy items like Rockin Green products you can either complete the check-out process and select the request quote option and I will email you a postage price. If you can find a few friends to do a group order this will save you money as although the postage rate will increase it will work out to be cheaper per nappy. Also remember that all prices on this website are in Australian Dollars.

GUARANTEE

The Stuff 'em Silly nappy is leak proof! If you have any issues with this please email me to discuss.

We have a 6 month guarantee - so if any elastic breaks I will repair it myself, or if you want to take it to a tailor for speediness I'll refund the cost. Again with a broken snap, I'll repair it and refund your postage.

If there is an obvious fault in a nappy it will be replaced.

SHOPPING CART

At this stage I believe it is the first person to complete the check out process that makes the product out of stock, not first to cart. So please keep this in mind if we do have any teething problems with our first few sales.
